A: Click on the ‘My Account’ tab at the top of the page and click ‘Account details’
Q. What payment methods are available?
A: We offer various methods of payment:
- PAYPAL – using your paypal account
- Credit Card – using paypal credit card facility (you do not need a paypal account)
- Direct Debit: Please make your payment directly using the bank account details provided, using your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared.
Q. How do I place an order if I have a credit account with Medilife?
A: You can place an order if you have a credit account with us. Simply use the direct debit payment option and place your purchase number in the order notes if required.
