ALS Ultra Packs eliminate the stress and strain of transporting paramedic gear with the addition of an internal frame, wheels and a telescoping handle. They have an increased exterior pocket size to hold an additional pack, increased reflectivity and larger, removable, clear vinyl interior pockets.
